Kartika Purnima Celebrations in Odisha

Kartika Purnima festival is a saint in Orissa, celebrated in the month of Kartik. This is a practice among Oriya to abandon non-vegetarian like fish, meat and eggs for the month of Kartik.

Jagannath Temple, Puri
Jagannath Temple of Puri is a famous Hindu temple dedicated to the phenomenon, and is located in the city seaword Puri is in Orissa State, India. Name of the Jagannath (The Lord of the Universe) is a collection of Sanskrit words Jagat (Universe) and Nath (Lord). Origins of the temple

According to the copper plates demonstrated recently by the Ganga dynasty, the temple of Jagannath current structure was launched by the Governor of Kalinga, Anantavarman Chodaganga developer.
